Objective: This strength, agility, ploymetric and conditioning training program is geared toward enhancing an athletes on-court performance, as well as injury prevention. This program will focus on improving verticals, lateral and first step speeds, reaction times, balance, coordination, total core development, range of motion, strength, power and agility.
This is optional training, but all players are strongly encouraged to attend!

MEET IN AEROBICS ROOM AT CHANHASSEN HIGH SCHOOL.
Please wear work-out type clothing and tennis shoes. Players need to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time and be ready to go at designated time.
